  CLASS: FreeSpaceEA     --DVM
  PUBLIC METHODS:
    FreeSpaceEA()  - Constructs one with the supplied attrLen.
    error()        - Returns any state errors. Should be called after
                    construction and after any fromISO() or toISO() .
    attrType()     - Returns the value of the attrType field.
    attrSubtype()  - Returns the value of the attrSubtype field.
    attrID()       - Returns the String identifying the Attr.
    minAttrLen()   - Returns the minimum size the EA may be set to.
    attrLen()      - Gets or sets the EA to the supplied length. If
                   the new value is too short or disallowed for some
                   reason, it returns an error indicating that.
    reinit()       - Re-sets the size and state to the same as right
                   after construction, but without the need to
                   construct a new one.
    clear()        - Sets the state to the exact same as right after 
                   construction. All fields are initialized to
                   defaults and/or zeroes.
    toISO()        - Translates the structure to its ISO representation
                   at the supplied byte pointer.
    fromISO()      - Translates the structure from its ISO
                   representation at the supplied byte pointer.
